spring break 2006 Rep application form

I have read the terms and conditions and agree to the information contained above. I will promote Bianchi-Rossi Tours' Spring Break program honestly as an independent contractor realizing that my commission is based on my own performance. I understand that Bianchi-Rossi Tours will provide me with materials to promote Spring Break. Should I decide to produce my own literature, I will have it approved by Bianchi-Rossi Tours before it is used to promote its packages. Should I be selected as a Bianchi-Rossi Tours Campus Rep, I agree to perform my duties to the best of my ability and agree not to promote the same destinations with any other agency during the current school year without permission from Bianchi-Rossi Tours. Should I decide to resign my position, I agree to notify Bianchi-Rossi Tours immediately. By submitting this form, I am agreeing to the above terms.
