Tony,

I wanted to e-mail you and personally thank you for such a wonderful trip this past week in Acapulco. I speak for all Michigan students when I say that it really would have been possible to have experienced a more enjoyable week. On a more personal level, I want to thank you for taking care of me as you did, and it was a real pleasure finally meeting/getting to know you and your father. You are truly great people and it is extremely refreshing to meet people who truly care in this industry.

On another front, I have informed all of my friends traveling to Mexico Resort areas that the news reports about Acapulco not being safe is very exaggerated, and after being there to experience it first hand, Mexico is safe as long as safe decisions are made. I have also emphasized the truly unique and special experience that they would be missing out should they choose to stay back.

I look forward to continuing to work closely with BRT in future years.

I really have to say (and I know I speak on behalf of the other girls in my villa) that this was the most fun and best trip ever. We kept saying that every day when we were in our villa in Acapulco haha. Staying in a villa with your best friends, and the service is so incredible and nice, then being able to go out at night and party with all your friends doesn't get any better, and you guys did a great and thorough job making sure we were enjoying ourselves. So thank you sooooooo much, even though I am graduating I may be back next spring because it's too fun to miss out on haha!!

Brian,

I was apart of the March 6-15 spring break group from Michigan State. I took the liberty of emailing you with hopes that this reaches the rest of the Bianchi Rossi family. I meant to send this email much closer to my arrival date back in Michigan, but unfortunately I have been experiencing severe post-Acapulco depression...along with the rest of the MSU group whom were lucky enough to sign up with Bianchi-Rossi Tours!!
Thanks to the organization and knowledge of the entire Bianchi Rossi staff I had, hands down, the BEST time of my life! I can't thank all of you enough for your friendliness, constant availability, and overall "coolness"! I will admit that I was slightly nervous and hesitant to vacation in Mexico with all the recent travel alerts...but never once did I question my safety thanks to you and your staff!

Thank you all so much for the memorable pool parties you hosted, all the valuable safety advice, your consistent presence at every club we went to, the invitation to the villa party (clearly everyone's highlight of the trip!), and for being an overall great group of people!

Your dedication to giving students the best spring break EVER was noticed and greatly appreciated!

Dear Jim,
I really do not know where to begin besides by just saying thank you to you and your company. The ten days that I just experienced were among the ten best I have ever had in my life. Things could not have run more smoothly throughout the entire week with both the villa that we stayed in and the extra extension that we had at the Hyatt. So I wanted to thank you for that first off. Next, I want to express to you that the staff that you have down there is one of the best groups of people that I have ever met in my life. Nick, Tony, Bridget, Henry and the legend himself, Bob, along with all the others were unbelievable and could not have made this trip any better. Admist the terrible news reports that were being told to people in the United States, they did as great of a job as possible in making us all feel safe and to feel that we were nowhere near any type of danger, which understandably, is thousands of miles away at the Border and not where we vacationed.

If possible I would like to send a personal email to all of them so the ones which I previously named if you possibly had their emails I would love to have them. Instead of going on and on and repeating the same thank yous over and over again, I just wanted to let you know Jim that you are running an AMAZING company and one that everyone should want to be a part of. You personally were so helpful before the trip and I am so thankful for that as well. I promise to pass on only good things about your company to kids who will be traveling with you guys this season and also prospective travelers in the future. No company that I had ever worked with in the past could ever compare to the experience that I had with yours this past week. Thank you so much Jim and I hope to hear back from you soon. I hope we can keep in touch in the future because if you need anything done at the University of Michigan campus I am at your beckoning call.

We all had an amazing time, and just as we both thought, everyone who didn’t come is more jealous than ever haha.
