Example: If a Rep sells 35 trips, they will earn:
FREE SPRING BREAK TRIP = $1000 (for trips 0-15) + $450 (for trips 16-30) + $200 (for trips 31-35)
TOTAL EARNED = $1650
If a Rep does not go on the trip, they will receive a FLAT $25 cash per trip sold!!!
