Thank you for your interest in becoming a Bianchi-Rossi Tours Representative. Please read through everything carefully. If you choose to become a Bianchi-Rossi Tours Representative we will do everything possible to make your marketing efforts a success. Remember that there is no obligation in becoming a rep for Bianchi-Rossi Tours. We do not hold you responsible for anything! All we ask of you is your help in promoting the best Spring Break program available! This will be our best Spring Break ever and we look forward to working with you this school year!

Statement of Terms and Conditions
This statement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to Bianchi-Rossi Tours, Inc. representatives for Acapulco Spring Break 2011. It is required that each person submit the student rep application in order to become an official Bianchi-Rossi Tours Student Representative.

A Student Representative for Bianchi-Rossi Tours Inc. is an independent contractor compensated by commission only. Bianchi-Rossi Tours’ Student Representatives are not employees of Bianchi-Rossi Tours Inc. A Representative receives commission based on his or her performance as indicated in the rep compensation chart. When a Rep sells 15 Mexico packages* (a package contains roundtrip airfare, hotel, transfers, bellboys, and maids), they will receive a free package for Spring Break 2011 based on a quad rate at the Casa Inn Hotel in Acapulco ($1000 Value. If you decide to travel to one of the other great Mexico destinations that Bianchi-Rossi Tours offers, then the same value will apply). If the recipient decides to upgrade to another hotel or a higher price bracket (such as a triple or double room), they will be required to pay the difference. Other optional services or activities that Bianchi-Rossi Tours sells such as trip insurance or the " VIP Party Package", are not included in the free trip earned but can still be purchased if the Rep so desires. Departure taxes, airport facility charges, and shipping and handling (as specified on the trip registration form) are also not included in the free trip earned and will be paid by the Representative before departure .

If the Representative sells more than 15 Mexico packages, he or she will receive $30 cash per package sold up to the 30th trip. For trips #31-45, he or she will receive $40 for those trips. For trips #46-100, he or she will receive $45 for those trips. For trip #101 and up, he or she will receive $50 for each of those trips (please see Rep Mexico Sales Compensation Chart).

Should the Representative decide not to participate in the best Spring Break trip around for whatever reason, he or she will receive a flat commission of $25 per package sold. Thus, it is more beneficial to choose the free trip because of the greater compensation.

Combined Sales: In certain cases BRT may allow the combining of two seperate reps into one rep. If two seperate reps combine his/her sales to make one rep, then the 'free trip' bench mark of 15 Mexico trips raises to 20 Mexico trips to qualify for the Free Trip value. Mexico trips sold from 12 - 19 are will be valued at $25 per trip. The combining of reps is not allowed for Non-Mexico Trip Sales.

*Packages are defined as bookings of AIR TRAVEL combined with a HOTEL . Reps will not be compensated for Mexico HOTEL ONLY bookings valued under $850 per traveler. Please see Rep Compensation Chart for Non-Mexico sales.

A Rep must sell a minimum of 12 packages in order to qualify for any compensation. Rep's own trip does not qualify as a trip sale and is not commissionable. Once the Rep sells twelve packages, he or she will be compensated as described above for all twelve packages and any more sold thereafter. Rep's name must appear in "For more information contact:" box on front of Bianchi-Rossi Tours official trip registration form or in appropriate section on the official on-line order form in order to receive credit for any trip(s) sold. Absolutely no exceptions will be made for missing Rep name on official registration form(s) or on-line order form(s). Trip sales cannot be transferred from one Rep to another (see above "Combined Sales"). All trips sold are Rep Specific and non-transferrable.
